ANLC & NOLA Aikido Friendship Seminar

This seminar between Aikido New London County and NOLA Aikido celebrates something essential to Aikido’s heart: friendship across dojos. When two communities come together, practitioners get exposed to new energies, teaching styles, and technical interpretations, enriching everyone’s growth. Training with friends from afar builds trust, breaks down barriers, and reminds us that Aikido is a shared path rather than a solitary pursuit. Hosting Brian Levy Sensei for a weekend of practice deepens these bonds and strengthens the larger Aikido network, creating connections that last far beyond the mat. Events like this embody the true spirit of Aikido — cooperation, mutual uplift, and joyful, exploratory training among friends.
