Welcome to Aikido of Norwalk
For over 23 years, Aikido of Norwalk has offered training in the traditional Japanese martial art of Aikido. Our classes are rooted in respect, focus, and discipline — taught in a traditional format with small class sizes to ensure personalized guidance and meaningful progress.
We emphasize both physical and personal development in a friendly and supportive environment, led by experienced instructors committed to each student’s growth.
Our curriculum follows the technical lineage of Morihei Ueshiba (O-Sensei), the Founder of Aikido, and the teachings passed down through the Toyoda tradition. Training at Kongōshinkan Aikido is structured, disciplined, and focused on preserving the integrity of the art.
We offer weekly classes for adults and youth (ages 6–13), along with special introductory opportunities for those interested in exploring Aikido for the first time.
Our dojo is located on Commerce Street in Norwalk, CT, just off Wall Street in the heart of downtown.
